Certain carrier options such as UPS Standard and Purolator Ground are next day pickup from our location.  (excluding weekends & holidays and national holidays.)

All other 3rd party Carriers including GLS, UPS, and Purolator will only be shipped out the same day if orders are placed before 11am.  (excluding weekends & holidays and national holidays. Transit times vary depending on which service you selected and where you are located.)

To qualify for the 5 dollar flat rate shipping option, your order subtotal before tax must be 35 dollars.

The 5 Dollar Flat rate shipping option is for domestic Canada orders only and are shipped via Canada Post Expedited.  All other shipping options are automatically calucalted via the carrier and presented to you in the shipping options section.

You as the consumer must be aware of your local laws and regulations for Electronic Cigarette devices, accessories and E-Liquids.  We will fulfill our obligations and ship your order to the location you specify after payment has been received, however Wicks & Wires Vape Shoppe Inc. is not liable for any seizures of your package. 

Because the cost of shipping is based on weight of goods and destination, shipping fees can be calculated before checking out by entering destination province and postal code/zip code near the bottom of the cart page (you must have at least one item in your cart).

Wicks & Wires Vape Shoppe has a policy which disallows us from shipping online credit card orders to addresses other than the billing address or PO Box addresses. This is a fraud prevention measure, since this industry suffers some of the highest rates of online credit card fraud.

If the scenario of a different billing address and shipping address applies to your order you will be contacted via email with further instructions and information which will be required.
